International Shipping Policy

We hand over all parcels to the postal service within 48 business hours.
From that point, delivery times depend on the shipping company.

On average:
- Standard Postal Shipping takes 10–14 business days
- DHL Express Shipping takes 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the third-party delivery service.

Shipping options:
- Standard Postal Shipping – 200 AED
- DHL/UPS Express – 350 AED

Local delivery within Dubai – 80 AED (with fitting 150 AED)

Import duties and taxes:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We are always happy to assist you with any questions!
