1. Select the section you are interested in and the product you like. You can also use the search function in the upper right corner of the screen.
Product information is provided for informational purposes only and does not limit the buyer’s legal right to receive goods that fully conform to the description.

2. Click on the product you are interested in. On the product card, you will see photos from different angles, as well as the name, description, price, color, available sizes, model parameters, and composition. Similar items will also be displayed at the bottom of the card.

3. Select a size and add the item to your cart. You can then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

4. You can change the contents of your cart in the pop-up window after clicking the cart icon. Changing the contents of the cart does not affect the return policy or your consumer rights in case of defects.

5. Enter your contact details on the checkout page.
Your contact details are used solely for order processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Select an available delivery and payment method for your order. Delivery costs may vary depending on the selected method, as described in the Pick Up and Delivery section.

7. Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
By confirming the order, the buyer agrees to the terms of sale and the Public Offer.

8. On the payment system page, enter your payment card details and complete the payment.

When making a payment, your card details (card number, expiry date, CVV, etc.) are transmitted through a secure channel and encrypted according to international security standards (PCI DSS).

We do not store your card information on our servers. Payments are processed exclusively through certified payment gateways.

All personal information provided during checkout (name, address, contact details) is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer service communication.

We strictly comply with UAE data protection laws and do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. An e-mail confirming the order will be sent to the e-mail address specified when placing the order.
